Enquiries Count helps users monitor enquiry allocation and track enquiry status from the dashboard.

Purpose

  • Show how many enquiries are assigned to a user.
  • Provide a status-wise view of enquiry counts.
  • Expand visibility for Managers and Admin based on access level.

How it works

  • The current user can view enquiry count assigned to them.
  • The dashboard also displays enquiry count by status.
  • A Manager can view enquiries for their team.
  • An Admin can view enquiries for all employees.
