Enquiries Count helps users monitor enquiry allocation and track enquiry status from the dashboard.
Purpose
- Show how many enquiries are assigned to a user.
- Provide a status-wise view of enquiry counts.
- Expand visibility for Managers and Admin based on access level.
How it works
- The current user can view enquiry count assigned to them.
- The dashboard also displays enquiry count by status.
- A Manager can view enquiries for their team.
- An Admin can view enquiries for all employees.
