Team Monitoring

Team Monitoring allows Admins and Managers to check the real-time availability status of their team members from the dashboard.

Purpose​

  • Help leadership monitor team attendance and availability.
  • Provide quick visibility into who is active, on break, or done for the day.

Visibility​

  • Visible only to Admin and Managers.
  • A user is treated as a Manager when team members report to them.

Status shown​

Team Monitoring shows whether each team member is:

  • Checked in
  • On break
  • Checked out
