My Leads gives users quick access to lead records that are directly associated with them.

Purpose​

  • Help users open and review their own lead records faster.
  • Surface leads where the current user has direct ownership or responsibility.

Leads included​

My Leads shows leads where the current user is:

  • The Lead Owner
  • The Account Manager
